Due to the rural area in which Western Bank resides, and to our institution's small size, the practicality of specifying business based on their diversity is unfortunately, and understandably, very limited.

Practicies to Promote Transparency

Western Bank continues to inform its Board members and staff on related policies and practices. Our website includes this Diversity Statement so that our community, vendors, potential employees, etc. are aware of it.

Entities Self-Assessment

Dodd-Frank Section 342(b)(2)(C) states that regulated entities' self-assessments of their diversity policies and practices are voluntary. Further, institutions with smaller work forces should assess those Standards wit compliance is manageable in order to avoid the Standards being too burdensome. Accordingly, due to our institutions small work force Western Bank has elected not to perform a self-assessment.
